Harassment is when someone tries to harass, annoy or alarm you by either a course of conduct that serves no legitimate purpose or by communicating anonymously or otherwise by telephone, mail or any other form of written or electronic communication. Someone repeatedly calls your telephone and hangs up or makes lewd comments or obscenities.  Example: Someone sends lewd/obscene mail or notes or other written communications.

Lost or Missing Property-Examples; Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home, including lost license plates.

Property Damage-The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property. Examples; Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc. Damage must by under $1,500.

Theft-When property is taken without your permission. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person. Examples; Items stolen from your yard, driveway, vehicle or other common shared areas such as parking garages, laundry facilities of apartment complexes, or other public places.

Theft of a Debit/Credit Card-When your debit/credit card is taken without your permission. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person. Your debit or credit card is stolen.
